In your leadership role, you will:

- Shape and oversee the CG’s operational rhythm and planning processes.
- Collaborate with platform leaders to impact operations and planning.
- Collaborate with CG’s senior leaders to tackle complex business challenges and devise solutions.
- Offer targeted analytical support to leaders driving operational enhancements, ensuring successful execution and rigorous management.
- Learn from both internal and external best practices, partnering with business leaders to implement and scale them across CG

Qualifications:
10+ years experience in business operations, in similar roles such as Site Leader, Program Manager, etc.

Bachelors from accredited 4 year University
