**_ OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE _**_(3-4 bullets)_
- Combining expertise on internet domains, business acumen and leadership qualities to manage Takeda’s internet domain portfolio.
- Act as an SME for technical experitise on the topic of internet domains.
- Support the Platform Owner with onboarding and consumption of domain services.
- Manage process deviations working with various stakeholders (legal, brand managers and digital product owners)

**_ ACCOUNTABILITIES _**
- Act as the technical SME
- Own and manage domain registration, domain acquisition, domain transfer and domain migration processes for Takeda.
- Set standards & best practices for Takeda, and encourage adherence to those
- Ensure appropriate level of technical and enablement documentation.
- Proactively address any risks & issues together with stakeholders, and raise to program/portfolio oversight, as required.
- Act as advisor to Platform Owner and provide expertise on usage, compared to other platforms and related technology thought leadership
- Cross-pollination of applicable standards & practices between teams.
- Pro-active suggestions on new features or tools
- Alignment & communication with stakeholders on practices & approaches

- Experience in internet domain management.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.

- Ability to collaborate with and align stakeholders to execute on Takeda’s Internet domain management vision and strategy.

- Work with stakeholders within various functions (legal, corporate communications, etc.) on various internet domain related tasks.
- Coordinate with support teams and suppliers to resolve any internet domain related issues.

- For complex migrations, stakeholder coordination is important.

**_ EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES, AND SKILLS:_** _(_
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management. Influential in orchestrating key stakeholders and product teams to turn product vision into reality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.
- Extensive experience in design or in implementing solutions or products and preferably experienced in quality improvement.
- Understand design thinking and can explain and convince stakeholders.
- Work with virtual/agile teams in different locations, aligning and adapting different work, culture, and communication styles
- Proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication is a must
