**About the Job**

We are looking for a driven, independent and highly-organized Operations Manager for Lead Generation to help grow and scale our real estate business.

We’re looking for someone who likes to learn, who takes initiative and knows how to problem-solve.

You should be a quick learner, because we are always evolving.

A team player, because working alone can get lonely.

An integrator so that all the pieces will fit together smoothly and a delegator so that everyone can do their job better in the end.

We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is comfortable meeting tight deadlines and working in the fast-paced, high-energy environment.

**Working with us means you’ll**:

- Be an extension of the CEO you will be working with, both professional and friendly
- Be a “gatekeeper” when needed, without making people feel unimportant
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Lead Agent.
- Manage complex calendars, current projects, customer fire drills and various project needs.
- Organize internal and external meetings
- Lead and provide support and follow up on various businesses and special projects as assigned which touch on a broad range of topics.
- Conduct, research and create reports and/or presentations.

**What will you do?**

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

- The **Director of Lead Generation** increases the number and quality of leads.
- Serves as the leader in new lead generation campaigns while increasing the efficiency of existing campaigns.
- Manages the brand and all sales locations.
- Runs the outside sales department, expanding the database.
- Runs the inside sales department, qualifying leads and creating appointments.
- Creates standards and develops metrics to hold others accountable.
- Creates and manages lead generation training for the entire system

Pay: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
