**Resumen del puesto:
Proporciona orientación y dirección al grupo de técnicos de servicio de campo. Dirige los esfuerzos del equipo para instalar, depurar y proporcionar mantenimiento técnico para el hardware y el software de productos y componentes, principalmente en las instalaciones del cliente. Garantiza la prestación precisa, puntual y coherente de los servicios programados de inspección, limpieza y otros, incluidas las reparaciones menores de productos. Inspecciona y/o gestiona la inspección de los productos para comprobar su correcto funcionamiento y resuelve los problemas observados y/o los eleva de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido. Garantiza que todas las actividades de servicio y asistencia relacionadas se realicen de acuerdo con los contratos de los clientes y se realicen de forma que se mejore la satisfacción del cliente.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Proporciona una dirección clara y concisa de forma regular a los supervisores y equipos del Servicio de Campo en múltiples ubicaciones.
- Identifica las tendencias recurrentes, los problemas difíciles de resolver y los problemas potenciales simultáneos a las nuevas versiones del sistema o a las actualizaciones de hardware y software.
- Asegura la provisión de soporte de extremo a extremo para abordar los problemas identificados y potenciales.
- Resuelve los problemas clave planteados por los supervisores y los equipos, remitiendo los más significativos y complejos a los colegas técnicos o a la dirección superior.
- Junto con los equipos de supervisión remota y de atención al cliente, supervisa la disponibilidad del hardware, el software y los equipos para identificar las deficiencias, los problemas y otras cuestiones con posible impacto en la empresa.
- Gestiona la actividad relacionada con las adquisiciones para garantizar la entrega a tiempo y la respuesta a los requisitos del cliente.
- Actúa como enlace entre los clientes, los usuarios finales y los equipos técnicos.
- Asiste a los supervisores y a los miembros del equipo en la determinación de procesos, políticas o procedimientos adecuados.
- Establece procesos de trabajo y prioridades generales.
- Asigna personas, presupuestos y recursos.

**Cualificaciones necesarias**:

- Licenciatura y 3 - 7 años de experiência relevante (en puestos de liderazgo) o una combinación equivalente de formación y experiência relevante.
- Experiência liderando equipos de servicio de campo (deseable)
- Disponibilidad para viajar a los diferentes centros de servicio a su cargo (30% del tiempo)
- Manejo de excel - avanzado
- Power BI ( deseable )
- Proactividad, comunicación efectiva, habilidades de mediación y negociación. Vivir en Jalisco (deseable)
