Business Development Specialist

Join KECH Development, an international real estate development company headquartered in New York City. We are looking for a skilled and motivated business development specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and implementing marketing strategies to promote our projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales for our projects.
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
- Create persuasive sales presentations and marketing collaterals to showcase our projects to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project information and create compelling marketing content.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively convey information to clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue.
- Familiarity with market research methods and the ability to analyze data and trends.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for sales and marketing in the real estate industry.
**Location: Polanco, Mexico City (No remote work or applicants)**
