Manage the Facilities Dept. at a tactical and operational level, managing all the administrative activities, supplies, contracts and third parties.
Monitor third parties and condominium in all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, in order to ensure the quality of services provided. Register and/or control, through monthly, quarterly and annual reports, all maintenance activities performed, in order to evidence the work performed.
Monitor services offered to the local business/operation in order to insure quality and adhere to their needs.
Control Mexico GO expenses within the approved budget.
Provide support to the regional facilities management in the implemementation of strategic plans related to the new contracts, bids, infrastructure projects, lease renewal, ocuppational health, safety, environment and annual budgets.
Adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage local third-party contracts (mail, cleaning, pantry, gardening, reception, access control, maintenance and conservation, etc.) - including the monitoring of level of services and KPIs.
- Keep maintenance of the building, equipment, furniture and systems up to date, including the control of the reports and evidences of services.
- Payment of all expenses related to the operation of the building (rent, property taxes, service charges, parking, office supplies, etc.)
- Control and optimize resources through the constant analysis of costs vs. benefit.
- Support the regional management on initiatives of safety, well-being and sustainability.
- Supervise small constructions, remodeling, commissioning and decomissiong of offices.
- Monitor the space occupation.
- Raise information to generate improvement projects.
- Support other areas project improvement (EHS, HR, Fleet, ZTD)
