**n your new role you will:
R**
- esponsible for processing of IFAM and LCY rent, CAM, utilities and miscellaneous office and facilities payments R
- esponsible for ordering facilities and office supplies for all IFAM site locations T
- rack Purchase Orders for approval, process invoices and provide timely reports to the Sr. Facilities Manager. S
- upport West Coast Business Continuity activities, as assigned and required T
- rack Facilities Projects and generate timely reports Process PRs for site services (janitorial, fire, plumbing, utilities, security ,electrical, HVAC, systems PMs, beverage services, facilities supply(process gases, shipping/packing supplies, facilities consumables, etc.). U
- pdate Lease Matrix accurately on a quarterly basis for all IFAM locations D
- evelop landlord and accounting contact list for payment correspondence and tracker Track and reconcile facilities spending and expenses (P.O. + P-Card) and provide monthly Performance against Budget report to the Facilities Manager. A
- ssist on expense forecasting and capital budgeting for multiple site locations. T
- rack invoice processing workflow to ensure payments are made on time while adhering to department procedures C
- omparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payments and other charges P
- rocessing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance recording entries and reconciling books of accounts. E
- stablishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors/suppliers S
- et up new vendors and supplies in SAP, PRAW and Oracle System H
- andling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors M
- anaging accounts payable using accounting software and programs. V
- erify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors. M
- aintain copies of invoices, vouchers and/or correspondence necessary for files. P
- erform other job duties assigned.
