Rol: Strategic Healthcare Partner - Government.- El SHP adopta una visión holística de las instituciones y sistemas de atención hospitalaria tiene la capacidad de gestionar y colaborar en iniciativas que reduzcan el Gap en el journey del paciente que son atendidos por las instituciones a su cargo
El alcance de esta posición tiene un impacto en las cuentas estratégicas a nível nacional, estableciendo vínculos y relaciones solidas con directivos, lideres de opinión, tomadores de decisiones en áreas médicas y administrativas; generando alianzas que contribuyan a generar procesos y procedimientos hospitalarios más eficientes, en aras de ofrecer una atención oportuna de los pacientes.- Identificar y mantener actualizado directorio de stakeholders de cada institución. Entiende las necesidades, retos y prioridades de las instituciones. Su fortaleza es el conocimiento y mapeo de redes de colaboración orquestando los esfuerzos de otros roles de la organización (Comercial, Marketing, ventas)
Establecer una relación estratégica de negocios con autoridades administrativas, siendo un embajador externo, impulsando la excelencia operativa en las diferentes cuentas asignadas en pro de cerrar los gaps del journey de los pacientes para las áreas terapéuticas prioritarias

Impulsar Soluciones Innovadoras de Salud y Acceso
Gestionar diferentes proyectos, desarrollando la capacidad de interpretar datos, realizar análisis estratégico de gaps, barreras y oportunidades, para impulsar una estrategia audaz e innovadora generando alianzas en las instituciones en pro de los pacientes.
Identificar, Desarrollar y Gestionar planes innovadores colaborativos qué cierren gaps de diagnóstico en el journey del paciente durante los procesos hospitalarios y permitan acceso a terapias innovadoras.
Liderar la ejecución interna y externa
Desarrollar una visión de corto, mediano y largo plazo alineando a las prioridades de la organización. Desarrollar un plan de soporte a los clientes a través de interacciones en persona y virtuales liderazgos multifuncionales. Comunica y lograr integración constante con diferentes áreas funcionales de la compañía.

Experiência- 5 años de experiência el área comercial ventas instituciónales.- 2 años de experiência Gerencial y manejo de equipos.- Conocimiento y dominio de diferentes procesos y procedimientos hospitalarios- Desarrollo, administración y Liderazgo de Proyectos- Experiência gestionando KOL´s de alta complejidad, en un marco de Compliance- Ingles intermedio
