**Responsibility**

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Act as Betbus’s primary point of contact for all Mexico stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, business partners, and local communities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organise local marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence in Mexico
- Compile and manage the annual Online Sports Betting operating and capex budgets
- Managing local team, holding the key leadership position
- Recruit and manage relationships with local affiliates, optimising partnerships for mutual success
- Defining and understanding customer needs, acting as the key stakeholder for product localisation. Working closely with product team to improve product localization and ensuring alignment with local preferences and regulations
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to monitor position in the market and find opportunities for enhancement market share

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in online gambling operations in Mexico
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Detailed knowledge of the local market, competitors, regulatory framework, licensing requirements, reporting
- Understanding of Mexican Labour and Gaming Law
- Excellent English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team
- Ability to prepare, understand and analyse business strategies, financial statements and business plans to drive results.

○ Proven managerial, problem solving and critical thinking skills;
○ Good oral and written communication skills and strong report writing ability;
○ Ability to exercise independent judgement within established policies
