**Job Description**:
Negotiate and manage commercial, legal, quality and guarantee agreements with the key management areas and decision makers of OEMs in Mexico, based on the central directives of OE Sales and through the coordination of the internal areas of RB, with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction and reaching the GB'S sales target in NAR.

Key Task and Responsibilities:
Support BBM divisions in acquiring new business with OEM customer, in order to reach the annual " Acquisition target “.

Securing new business opportunities with the customer OEM and Tiers in Mexico, adding a potential increase to the annual Acquisition target.

Conciliate and negotiate local trade policies and legal agreements for RBME sold products with the OEM in México, ensuring compliance with the National Sales Model.

Achieve satisfaction of our customers through long-term and trustworthy relationships.

**Qualifications**:
**Here’s What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluent in English and naturally chatty. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Good interpersonal skills, customer relations skills, and problem management skills, with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure while working to strict deadlines
- Direct sales and/or sales engineering experience is highly desirable with JOEM (Japanese OEMSs).
- Organized - and ideally with an ability to organize others
- Great problem-solving skills - logic AND creativity is required - think outside the box
- Curious and proactive - investigating third-party platforms that come up in conversations and seeing what’s possible with them.
- Able to give and take feedback and adjust if the feedback warrants
- Able to travel both domestic and international
