Descripción de puesto:
Es el responsable de dar apoyo a actividades administrativas relacionadas a Importación y Exportación de materiales como de Refacciones y maquinaria. Seguimiento a solicitudes de clientes internos relacionados a paqueterías. Revisión de estados de cuenta para entrega de documentos a Finanzas. Aseguramiento de la organización de documentos correspondientes al comercio exterior.

Funciones:
- Archivo y registro de pedimentos y cuentas de gastos.- Control de archivo físico de pedimentos así como la administración de los mismos.- Entrega física de documentos de las cuentas de gastos al área de finanzas para pago a agentes aduanales.- Participa en la mejora continua de la Cadena de Suministro.- Programación de prontos pagos.- Constante comunicación entre proveedores y finanzas.- Aseguramiento de entrega de Manifestación de Valor a Dirección para firma, así como resguardo de dichos documentos.- Apoyo en operaciones de importación/exportación de refacciones, herramientas y otros insumos.- Cumplimiento de expediente legal de comercio exterior.- Envío de facturas a compras para la creación de órdenes de compra.
