INGENIERO DE CALIDAD

**RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO**:
El ingeniero de calidad de planta será responsable de respaldar las actividades de calidad y brindar liderazgo de calidad en la planta. Colaborar y capacitar a los miembros del equipo para utilizar métodos y herramientas de calidad y apoyar las iniciativas de mejora de Planta.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
- Apoyar el piso de fabricacin.
- Dirigir investigaciones sobre inquietudes de calidad con un equipo multifuncional y validar la contencin implementada según sea necesario.
- Asegúrese de que las acciones correctivas se implementen y validen para su efectividad.
- Verifique que el documento apropiado esté actualizado.
- Mantener la documentacin de calidad y obtener la aprobacin del cliente cuando sea necesario.
- Realizar análisis del sistema de medicin (MSA) y validar que la prueba de errores en la planta de fabricacin esté operativa.
- Responsable de la verificacin de la Planificacin Avanzada de la Calidad de la Produccin (APQP) para las actividades del piso, incluida la identificacin de nuevos riesgos en la produccin existente.
- Liderar iniciativas de Calidad a corto plazo para mejorar los Indicadores Clave de Desempeño (KPI) de Calidad.
- Auditorías completas de planta.
- Analizar los datos e implementar soluciones con un equipo multifuncional para mejorar los resultados.
- Llevar a cabo la resolucin de problemas y comunicarse con el cliente sobre inquietudes de calidad (acciones correctivas, garantía, auditorías del cliente).
- Asegúrese de que toda la documentacin apropiada haya sido actualizada.
- Participar en el proceso de cambio de ingeniería para garantizar que los estándares se actualicen y validen para todos los cambios.
- Desarrollar, validar y verificar la implementacin de prueba de errores en apoyo del proceso.
- Cuando sea requerido, participar como miembro de programas de lanzamiento en la planta.
- Crear y validar documentacin de calidad antes del lanzamiento de produccin.
- Todas las demás funciones que le sean asignadas.

**EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA**:

- Licenciatura en campo técnico o más de 10 años de experiência; Preferiblemente Licenciatura en Ingeniería.
- Experiência: 3+ años de experiência en procesos AIAG APQP.
- Certificacin de Calidad (CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt, CQA, etc.) deseable.

- Comprensin del proceso APQP, incluido un slido conocimiento práctico de PFMEA y planes de control, sistemas de calidad ISO9001 o IATF 16949:2016.
- Comprensin de la ingeniería de fabricacin con respecto a una o más de estas áreas: equipos de ensamblaje automatizados, ensamblajes de productos, herramientas, accesorios y medidores.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicacin. Habilidades de liderazgo comprobadas; capacidad de colaborar entre diferentes partes interesadas; y orientar y desarrollar al personal.
- Sentido de urgencia y enfoque general en la satisfaccin del cliente. Excelentes habilidades de gestin del tiempo y capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de planta de secuenciacin y/o ensamblaje automotriz de ritmo rápido y períodos cortos. Capacidad para gestionar eficazmente múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin verbal y escrita, incluida la presentacin, y la capacidad de influir en todos los níveles del personal. Fuertes habilidades informáticas en el paquete de software MS Office, especialmente con el uso de Excel.
