Sales Development Representative

**Objetivo inicial del puesto**:
Buscar y penetrar el mercado a través de la prospección activa, generando oportunidades de ventas.
Responsable de crear y desarrollar ideas estratégicas de marketing con la finalidad de identificar clientes y prospectos potenciales. Siendo el primer filtro de comunicación entre prospecto/cliente y coordinación.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa de 2 años en área comercial, venta o desarrollo de negocios.
- Experiência previa de 2 años en ventas b2b.
- Dominio de inglés avanzado.
- Manejo sólido de herramientas de ventas: CRM: Software de automatización de correos, plataformas digitales (LinkedIn).
- Conocimientos básicos de conceptos de marketing (leads, buyer persona, investigación y análisis del mercado entre otros)
- Diseñar mecanismos y estrategias comerciales para incrementar el número de prospectos potenciales.
**Responsabilidades/ actividades**
- Investigar, mapear e identificar al buyer persona potencial para posteriormente contactarlos.
- Gestionar y recabar los generales del proyecto mediante llamadas, videollamadas o juntas presenciales con el prospecto.
- Calificar los leads mediante los parámetros asignados por el departamento de marketing (presupuesto, autoridad, necesidad y cronograma)
- Registro y seguimiento de actividades en el CRM (Monday)
- Crear proyecciones anuales y trimestrales de objetivos cualitiativos y cuantitativos.
