Business Development Representative

Job Responsibilities:
Create and expand relationships with key regional customers by developing an understanding their business needs. Develop new business opportunities through utilizing personal network, web searches, attending trade shows/conferences, and calling on potential clients. Development of sales presentations, proposals, and strategy to drive business opportunities. Mentor and support the sales team in Mexico. Manage contracts, negotiations, and closings. Interface with other departments to build support for business development. Identify, qualify and map out new customers.Competencies:
Strong negotiation skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong knowledge of distribution (independent and franchise) in a high-tech industry. Successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals. Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to be self-motivated.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese) is a big plus. Ability and willingness to travel.Position Type
