- **Descripción del empleo**

Buscamos un representante de ventas motivado por los resultados para que busque y consiga clientes potenciales de manera activa. Ofrecerás soluciones completas y adecuadas para cada cliente, con el fin de impulsar el crecimiento de los ingresos de primera línea y los níveles de adquisición y rentabilidad.
- **Responsabilidades**

Las responsabilidades Ventas se desglosan en 7 etapas

**1. Prospectar**
- Presentar, fomentar y vender productos/servicios utilizando argumentos sólidos para clientes actuales y potenciales.
- Llegar a posibles clientes a través de llamadas en frío.
- Ventas mediante redes sociales servicios de B2B.
- Manejo de CRM e informes de prospección.

**2. Precalificar**
- Precalificar a los clientes y dar seguimiento personalizado

**3. Presentar**
- Presentación de ventas en físico o virtuales
- Diseño de presentaciones para cierre

**4. Cerrar**
- Manejo de objeciones
- Diseño de cotizaciones
- Diseño de contratos
- Alcanzar los objetivos y resultados de ventas establecidos dentro del plazo acordado.

**5. Administrar la Venta**
- Control de cotizaciones.
- Control de contratos
- Control de base de datos
- Control seguimiento de LEADS
- Coordinar los esfuerzos de ventas con los miembros de los equipos y otros departamentos.
- Analizar el potencial de ventas del territorio/mercado, llevar un seguimiento de las ventas y elaborar informes de situación.
- Ofrecer al equipo de dirección informes sobre las necesidades, intereses y problemas de los clientes, las actividades de la competencia y el potencial para nuevos productos y servicios.

**7. Servicio, Atencion y Satisfacción del Cliente**
- Llevar a cabo análisis de rentabilidad y necesidades de los clientes existentes/potenciales para satisfacer sus necesidades.
- Establecer, desarrollar y mantener relaciones de negocios y con los clientes que sean positivas.
- Resolver los problemas y quejas de los clientes para maximizar su satisfacción.

10 años de experiência laboral demostrable como asesor, coordinador, vendedor o cerrador.

Habilidad para medir y analizar los indicadores clave de resultados (p. ej., la rentabilidad de la inversión)

Familiaridad con el software CRM.

Grandes capacidades organizativas y aptitud para solucionar problemas.

Dominio del proceso de compra.

Dominio del proceso de ventas.

Dominico del proceso administrativo de la venta.

Familiarización con prácticas CRM y habilidad para crear relaciones profesionales y comerciales productivas.

Gran motivación para conseguir objetivos, con una trayectoria contrastada de ventas

Excelentes capacidades de venta, comunicación y negociación

Capacidades de organización, de priorización y de gestión del tiempo

Grado en Universitario o Equivalente
