- **Objetivo del puesto**:_
Brindar atención personalizada a los clientes que buscan los servicios o seguimientos a los requerimientos de soporte en todas las oficinas por medio de la página oficial o bien mediante el correo de Atención a clientes.
- **Requisitos**:_
- Licenciatura en Marketing o administración terminada o trunca
- Experiência de 2 a 3 años en áreas de Customer Service
- Inglés intermedio - avanzado
- **Conocimientos**:_
- Asistencia en áreas de Ventas
- Atención a clientes
- Seguimiento y control a actividades.
- Manejo de ERP
- Manejo de CRM
- Madejo sistema de tickets
- **Actividades**:_
- Cotización de Refacciones, Servicios, Viáticos y Envíos que se asignan en la plataforma de tickets a Atención a Clientes
- Seguimiento de Tickets con cotizaciones pendientes de autorizar por los clientes.
- Contactar de manera verbal y escrita a los clientes que tengan tickets con cotizaciones pendientes, a fin de resolverles las dudas que pudieran presentar.
- Realizar los pedidos en ERP de las refacciones y servicios autorizados por los clientes.
- Revisión diaria del reporte de tickets generados con Orden de Servicio por áreas operativas, para determinar los que hayan utilizado refacciones o requieran facturación de algún servicio.
- Reporteo recurrente a clientes, para informar estatus de sus servicios. - Revisión de Contratos de Soporte, Hardware as a Service, Software as a Service y Software Mantenance Fee vendidos por las áreas comerciales. - Registro y actualización de contratos en CRM, considerando la periodicidad del vencimiento, fecha de inicio, fecha de última facturación e importes a facturar
- Contactar de manera verbal y escrita a los clientes con contratos con cargos variables para determinar los ajustes al contrato y a la facturación.
- En caso de ser necesario, solicitar a los clientes las ordenes de compra y autorizaciones para proceder con la facturación.
- Realizar el seguimiento a Facturación/ Cuentas por cobrar para que se generen las facturas de los servicios recurrentes
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de CRM de clientes con contratos recurrentes.
