**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Position Summary**:
Asegurar el correcto cumplimiento de las regulaciones aduaneras mexicanas, así como el cumplimiento de los distintos programas en los que participa la empresa y liderear la seguridad en la cadena de suministro mediante programas de certificación como C-TPAT y OEA.

**Essential Functions**:

- Esta posición es considerada como critica para efectos de la seguridad patrimonial y/o custodia de la cadena de valor.
- Acreditar / cumplir con los requisitos para fungir como Apoderado Aduanal.
- Apoyar en el Control electrónico de Inventario de Maquinaria y Equipo.
- Clasificación Arancelaria de mercancías en tarifa de Mexico y de Estados Unidos.
- Tramites en ventanilla única de permisos y regulaciones aduaneras
- Dar soporte a las empresas Bendix Servicios y Distribuidora Bendix cuando sea necesario
- Apoyar en el desarrollo y mejora de procesos del programa IMMEX, Certificaciones OEA. CTPAT, IVA-IEPS, PROSEC, etc.
- Apoyar / Llevar al día el control y las obligaciones de la Certificación IVA/IEPS.
- Apoyar en la Implementación y seguimiento de la Certificación CTPAT/OEA
- Apoyar en la Coordinación de Auditorias CTPAT/OEA
- Apoyar Coordinación y seguimiento de Auditorias de Comercio Exterior
- Responsable de la Actualización y control del manual de procedimientos de importación y exportación
- Elaboración de reportes de SAP y Excel para el Anexo 24 y 31
- Apoyar y Mantener el control y seguimiento del Anexo 24
- Apoyar y Mantener el control y seguimiento del Anexo 31
- Estar al pendiente de los cambios legales relacionados al cumplimiento de las obligaciones del programa IMMEX
- Desarrollo e implementación de proyectos relacionados al cumplimiento Aduanero
- Liderear y dirigir proyectos especiales en materia de comercio exterior.
- Apoyar las actividades de PSA y los procedimientos con los miembros del equipo.
- Realizar todas aquellas actividades que por la naturaleza del puesto sean requeridas.

**Management & Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Se reporta con el Trade Compliance Manager.
- Esta posición es directamente responsable de manejar otros empleados. Practicantes y estudiantes pudieran o no reportar a esta posición.

- Ley Aduanera y su reglamento
- Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior
- Manejo de la LIGIE
- Programa IMMEX
- Excel intermedio y/o avanzado
- SAP
- Manejo de sistemas de control de importaciones y exportaciones
- T-MEC

**Experience**:

- Experiência mínima 8 años en import-export
- Experiência mínima 5 años como Apoderado Aduanal o Representante Legal.
- Clasificación Arancelaria
- Experiência en Certificación IVA/IEPS
- Experiência en manejo de Anexo 24 y 31
- Implementación CTPAT/OEA
- Dominio del programa IMMEX
- Control de Activo Fijo

- Microsoft Office

- Ingles intermedio - Bilingüe Ingles (70% oral y escrito)

**Education/Certifications**:

- Licenciatura terminada
- Cursos de actualización en Comercio Exterior
