Join our team As a highly responsible Project Coordinator, you will enjoy administering and organizing all creative and marketing projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
**About the Role**
In this opportunity as a** **Project Coordinator, **you will:
- Ensure that each request has the tools it needs to meet project milestones
- Create project schedules that include materials estimates and resource needs to be submitted to management
- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for Studio Leads
- Work within project management software solutions
- Work with team members and clients to handle project issues as they arise
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Break projects into doable actions via templates and set timeframes with
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
**About You**
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:
- College degree in Marketing Communications or Business Administration or related field
- Project Management Certification (preferred)
- Four to six years + agency (or corporate/in-house) experience in Account or Project Management role.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently with mínimal managerial supervision
- Demonstrated an understanding of project management concepts
- Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Experience using Workfront (Work Management Software) a plus.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
