**What would this role look like in detail?**
**GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION**:
The Customer Insight Representative is responsible establishing and forging relationships with assigned
distributors to optimize sales objectives by monitoring purchasing trends and making recommendations on future purchases. This position is also responsible for verifying won opportunities in Salesforce, validating distributor purchase orders and monitoring consumption of said opportunities to provide feedback to the sales team. The Customer Insight Representative reports on opportunity feasibility, analyzes high value opportunities that close monthly and works with Global Supply Chain
recommending adjustments to meet consumption volume. This role will collaborate with cross
functional business partners including Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics and
Transportation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Manage the order lifecycle process for assigned account portfolio including but not limited to
order processing, inventory management, returns and settlements
- Follow up on won opportunities in Salesforce for assigned accounts and track against orders
processed. Partner with customers to determine future purchases
- Generate and review trend analysis to understand if the trend line matches the opportunities
won or regular pattern; if decline analyze and contact customer to identify reason and
document lost opportunity

- Participate on the Monthly Consensus Meetings and customer visits
- Analyze ABC inventory of the distributor and compare with Ansell’s ABC inventory. Identify
their purchases of ABC, suggest substitutes, align distributor demand planning and purchases
with A or B Ansell items versus C or D
- Identify volume and purchasing trends and recommend container or blanket orders where
applicable
- Monitor customer specific transactions impacted by other departments; Logistics, AR, Supply
Chain
- Follow up on direct containers to customers and maintain lead times
- Generate open order reports and provide accurate feedback on delivery status and back orders
while offering substitutions and requesting expedites as needed.
- Identify system and process challenges and escalate to Customer Service leadership team.
- Represent Ansell as the global product innovator by providing technical product expertise,
recommending solutions that meet customers’ protection needs
- Ad hoc reporting as needed
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
- College Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain
Experience
- 3 years of Customer Service and/or Supply Chain
- Oracle experience preferred
- Salesforce or CRM
- Advanced Excel
Knowledge and Skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and trends
- Dynamic, motivated, able to perform with minimum supervision
- Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers
- Qlikview & Tableau software knowledge
Desirable Job Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal communication (oral and written), and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
