**The Opportunity**

Consolidate media perspective and expertise under a single vision, give continuity to media area in terms of integrated communications efforts in order to deliver added value of growth for PepsiCo brands.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your Impact**

As Commercial Assoc Manager your scope would consist of
- Lead integrated media planning processes
- Understanding of Pepsico brands needs in terms of communications
- Give support to marketing teams
- Media optimizations
- Holistic view of media landscape
- Buld learning agenda and accionabilities
- Be aware of business KPIs evolution and how to translate this to a proactive roadmap in terms of comms planning
- Consumer centric view within media planning process

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Education

Bachelor's degree
- Experience

10 years previous experience on integrated communications

Media strategy knowledge and development

Participative and proactive attitude towards brands service and communication proposals building

Communication adde value generation experience on CPG category

Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory)

Familiar with agility way of work and strategic processes deployment and measurement

Strategic thinking

Proactive attitude

Leadership skills

Flexibility

Dealing with ambiguity

Working in a matrix organization
