
Interview Scheduling Coordinator

This role provides critical support for Talent Acquisition and interview scheduling coordination processes across the Americas. Your main objective will be to ensure efficient interview coordination. This role will focus heavily on driving continuous improvement and process efficiency across Talent Acquisition.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding interview scheduling and provide timely updates on interview status.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, such as reference checks, background screenings, and employment verifications, ensuring timely completion and documentation.
- Support learning and development administration, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of talent acquisition metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall effectiveness across talent acquisition.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, learning, and development administration, suggesting improvements to enhance our processes and practices.

- Tech-savviness: Comfort and proficiency in using various HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and case management tools.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Proactive approach: Self-motivated and driven to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exceed expectations in talent acquisition and learning and development administration.
**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR operations role, preferably in a talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Must be proficient in English; preferred language capabilities Spanish.
