If selected for **Future Talent Program**, you will experience a carefully designed immersive 16-month development program where, through job rotations, you will explore different areas of our business worldwide. Throughout this journey, you will develop your knowledge and skills in a very accelerated and hands-on way.

At the completion of the rotation, you will have the foundations and insights you need to further shape and continue an exciting career within our company that matches your interests.
**Your Mission**
After the 16 months rotation, which will include few months in Parma, Italy and Atlanta, Georgia. You will be part of the Finance team based in Guadalajara, Mexico. This team is responsible for financial and accounting operations of the organization as well as the strategic planning and process. Your role will, for a specific central range of activities /regional market/function, drive all controlling processes related to this area, analyse and forecast mainly independently complex financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent
- Master degree in Finance, Project management or relevant field for the position
- Less than 2 years from your master degree acquisition
- Fluent level of English is a must
- Spanish, Italian and/or French is an advantage
