Tenemos una posición interesante abierta en Aptar Querétaro**:Warehouse Leader**, reporta a Supply Chain Manager. Esta posición tendrá su sede en Querétaro, México.

Administración de los recursos materiales y humanos del almacén.

**ASI COMIENZA TU VIAJE**
- Establecer los métodos de control adecuados, que garanticen la confiabilidad del inventario en sistema.
- Coordinar un programa de conteos cíclicos y analizar causas e implementar acciones que aseguren el mantener la confiabilidad del inventario dentro el objetivo establecido.
- Mantener el control de los inventarios en consignación, maquiladores y proveedores externos
- Revisión y autorización libros de conteos cíclicos de acuerdo con el límite del monto autorizado
- Asegurar la disciplina, el orden y la limpieza del Almacén.
- Establecer un sistema integral para la realización eficiente de los embarques.
- Revisión y autorización de pagos de transportes y asignación de acuerdo a la cuenta y centro de costo por segmento.
- Generar reporte de ventas no embarcadas al cierre de mes
- Realizar retornos de materiales en SAP y re-facturaciones.
- Realizar facturación de materiales a consignación (1 vez al mes)
- Control y archivo de soportes de facturas de entregas a clientes y recolecciones. Guardar Pdf´s en carpeta compartida.
- Generar con planeación el plan de entregas de resinas en base al stock disponible y requerimiento a 2 semanas.
- Generar programa de entregas de cajas de empaque.
- Establecer presupuesto y calendario de mantenimiento preventivo anual de montacargas.
- Buscar la mejora continua en el área mediante el trabajo en equipo.
- Registrar en AIP y dar seguimiento a los ahorros de los proyectos
- Mantener los procedimientos del almacén para que se garantice el funcionamiento de nuestro Sistema de Calidad
- Realizar la carga de incidencias en el sistema de nómina de los supervisores y cambios de turno de almacenistas.
- Dar seguimiento a la aprobación de PO´s de material de empaque, refacciones de montacargas y personal externo.
- Dar seguimiento a las diferencias de resinas en silo y monitorear las descargas vs lo registrado en sistema.
- Realizar pruebas en SAP de las actualizaciones o cambios, para validar su funcionamiento antes de pasarlas a productivo.
- BPE (Región LATAM almacenes) implementar proyectos como Neptune o S4 Hanna.
- Actualizar KPI´s de manera semanal para presentar en reunión de resultados del área.

- Carrera en Ingeniería Industrial o administración.
