RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketo integration
- Create and maintain data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalized journey workflows
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong knowledge / skills in APEX, Flows, Integrations
- Good communication skills
- Experience / knowledge of Salesforce admin tools (e.g. Flows, Lighting Pages etc.)
- Familiar with Copado (for DevOps process) is a plus
- Readiness to work PST US hours
- Knowledge / awareness of marketing processes (not necessarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Outreach, ZoomInfo & D&B experience is a plus

NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce certifications related to Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and analytics tools
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
