***Position: Inbound Sales Representative **(** 100% **Remote)**

Step into a fulfilling role as an Inside Sales Representative with our esteemed client. Our client is a leading wholesale plumbing supplier based in the US and is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or preferred remote workspace. We're on the lookout for an exceptionally dedicated and customer-centric team member committed to elevating customer satisfaction and upselling current clients. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to cultivate enduring relationships, gain a profound understanding of customer needs, and offer invaluable support to propel both client and company towards resounding success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers in placing orders, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Managing order fulfillment information in our in-house delivery management system
- Generating accurate and detailed quotes based on customer requirements.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintaining and updating customer records in our internal database.
- Utilizing various software platforms, including Slack and Airtable, to facilitate communication and manage customer interactions.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in laptop and headset use
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and standard office software
- Prior customer-facing experience (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
- Collaborative, reliable, and open to feedback
- Excellent English level both written and spoken
- Must be located in Latin America or the Caribbean
- Prior upselling experience

**Schedule**:
Monday through Friday 9 AM - 6 PM Central Time (US)

**Salary**:

- $1000 USD monthly base salary + bonuses
