**Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home)**

**Location**: Remote from Latin America

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Salary**:Base monthly salary of $1800. Additional incentives based on performance.**

**Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 8am central to 5pm central**

About Our Client:
Our client is a healthcare IT product and services firm headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area working with over 250 healthcare provider organizations in the US and Canada since 2004. Their focus is on Systems Implementation and Integration, Interoperability, Analytics, Cloud Adoption, and Digital Transformation related services. They are also aggressively developing products that include, an Archival product, a Digital Adoption Platform, and a Digital Marketing Product for Independent Physicians, and others.

They are looking for a Sales Development Representatives to focus on their Health Data Analytics products and services who will be responsible for revenue-generating activities for their suite of innovative solutions for Healthcare Providers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support outside sales executives as needed.
- Complete 100 dials and 150 CRM activities per day.
- Set up demos by calling a list of prospects/leads. Should also be able to give basic solution demos to prospects/leads and try and sell directly as well
- Document sales activity in CRM.
- Understand and demonstrate the product focus and value proposition to customers.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Highly competitive, innovative, and resourceful
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Self-motivated and a team player with outgoing and tenacious personality
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in the US time zones (EST, CST, MST or PST)
- Prior sales/customer services experience with customers in the US

**o Good office setup with reliable and fast internet connection, own laptop or computer**

Probation Period:
**90 day probation period based on Discovery meetings scheduled to determine next best steps for a long term relationship**
