Im looking for a experience Sales Manager overseeing a team in charge of running, operating and organizing a sales team. The sales manager need to make sure to help the company reach sales target, marketing objectives and projected growth. This individual should have experience in building call centers and teams remotly.

The primary sales manager duties include:
Fluent in English language.

Expert in cold calling calls, preferably in water softners or solar.

Good at persuading people on the phone

Managing individual and team performance to meet sales quotas.

Following up with warm leads that wants water system.

Making sure you the team can set up at least a minimum of 20-25 appointments per day.

Creating a sales plan and executing the sales strategy

Overseeing sales training for all employees

Monitoring key accounts.

Mentoring individuals and providing onboarding training to new employees

Recruiting and letting go of inobund/outbound agents

Having close relationship with sales representatives and know their strenghts

Listen and monitor each recording for each call and choose which are appointments are better for each sales representative.

Analyzing the real-time and past data to improve performance levels.

Working on the pressure.

Expert in Ringcentral, vonage or nextiva.

Having a internet speed of 50 MPBS or more.

Working at least 60-65 hours per week.

Work Location: Remote
