*We are a Solar company looking for We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Our HR administrative assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Coordinate meetings, Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications, and Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
**Responsibilities**
*Review and follow up incoming data with site technicians on missed information, clarify uncertainties
*Work with the design team and communicate relevant information.
*Follow up with customers and staff to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
*Organize relevant documentation and assist with developing/modifying workflows and processes.
*Work alongside the entire staff to provide efficient quality work.
*Answer and direct phone calls
*Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
*Order office supplies
*Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Pay: $28,800.00 - $30,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- HR or Administrative Assistant: 1 year (required)
