Asegurar la conversión, onboarding, retención y lealtad todos los clientes a través de una comunicación efectiva y garantizando el aprovechamiento máximo de nuestras plataformas.

**Experiência en**:

- 3 años experiência Customer Success SAAS
- Experiência liderando equipo comercial SAAS o Customer Success
- Preferible experiência trabajando de la mano con un equipo de Growth Marketing.

**Dominio en**:

- Sistemas operativos, Windows 10
- CRM preferentemente Hubspot

**Funciones**
- Cumplimiento de presupuesto de ventas netas a través de los objetivos de clientes nuevos y clientes actuales.
- Asegurar la conversión de leads a clientes nuevos
- Aseguramiento de un Onboarding ágil y efectivo.
- Atención a clientes a través de soporte de 1er y 2do nível.
- Monitorear comportamiento de clientes, detectar sus necesidades y reducir churn rate.
- Análisis de data de los clientes y proveer retroalimentación a los diferentes equipos.
