**Our Team**
As a Leader of an engineering team, you will work closely with our Business Unit product owners to resource and execute approved product transfers and launches into our Guadalajara operations.
**What You Will Do**
Continuously evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. Look for, and drive VA/VE opportunities. Be an advocate for our _Principled Based Management culture_ within the team.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Technical field
- 5+ Years managing, mentoring, leading a technical team.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electro-mechanical products.
- Strong knowledge of AQP methods.
- Ability to successfully champion ideas, solutions, and raise issues across the organization.
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills for effective communication and understanding, as well as strong organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong English speaking/written skills.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Extensive experience / knowledge within the automotive industry, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven team leadership experience, global teams preferred.
- A curious mind with an interest in technology, change leadership, and working across a global organization.
