The Innomotics portfolio comprises products, systems, complete solutions, and services. The company uses this portfolio to help its customers improve the efficiency levels of their plants, employ these assets more effectively and thus abate emissions and preserve valuable resources. These capabilities are not only available for new plants, but also for the maintenance, repair and retrofitting of existing plants. With these offerings, Innomotics enables customers in all industries to boost energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gases and minimize the carbon footprints of plants.

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Regional Account Manager** of Siemens Innomotics in **Torreon Coahuila.**

This customer-facing role will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the allocated sales target through growing existing business / developing new business for all Innomatics products /services/solutions portfolio through a disciplined planning and sales execution process. The individual is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at assigned accounts including but not limited to End Users, and System Integrators, while engaging with distributors to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources. Responsible for achieving and exceeding the annual sales target through the maximization of business opportunities at the specified Industry focus account.

Responsible for developing and implementing effective account plans and ecosystem maps for all accounts assigned. Lead and coordinate the efforts of Innomotics Motors resources and distributors to provide Innomatics solutions, products, and services to the customers, especially Grupo Peñoles, Fresnillo PLC and Newmont Peñasquito Mine. Coordination, where necessary, of Global, and In-Country sales initiatives and activities as defined by Sales Management. Responsible for executing, directly or in collaboration with other resources the innomotics sales process necessary to generate a healthy funnel and obtain the orders (i.e., Identify sales and business opportunities, present quotes, and proposals, negotiate and close the orders).

Collaborate with all sales teams to increase market penetration, assure sales coverage, and provide appropriate order fulfillment Build effective business relationships with the Accounts by understanding their organization, developing a business relation with senior management, identifying key decision-makers, and understanding their business, strategy, and directions. Coordinate the account plan and target setting for all his/her accounts. Share and drive information about new potential Accounts with Sales Management for further analysis. Ability to set and achieve challenging targets. Demonstrated ability to sell at the senior management & executive levels, focusing on the business outcomes and articulating the tangible economic value that information software solutions & services can deliver.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering/technical related field or equivalent,
- Additional education in business administration or marketing is preferred.
- IOT / IIOT / Annual Recurring Revenue/software/subscription model type of experience, including collaboration with a customer success function.
- English language skills (verbal and written). - Experience in a technical/sales Job focused on Mining, Cement or O&G >3yrs

Position is Hybrid locate in Torreón Coahuila.
