El Head of IT que buscamos debe ser un profesional con la suficiente experiência práctica en el área, muy organizado, comunicativo y con el liderazgo necesario para llevar equipos multidisciplinarios y hacerlos colaborar en sintonía para alcanzar los objetivos de la compañía.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales.
- Desarrollo y Calidad del Software.
- Informática avanzada.
- Tecnologías de la Información.
- Dominio del idioma inglés.
- Planificación, organización, estimación y priorización de actividades de acuerdo con un objetivo.
- Gestión de recursos humanos y tecnológicos.
- Enfoque de servicio al cliente.
- Experiência y trayectoria como Analista de Sistemas.
- Conocimientos sólidos en el modelado de sistemas de información.
- Experiência y trayectoria como Líder Técnico de Desarrollo.
- Conocimientos sólidos en el uso de herramientas tales como: Postman, Swagger, Github, Jira, etc...
- Experiência y trayectoria como Administrador de Proyectos.
- Conocimientos sólidos en las metodologías de desarrollo de software: RUP y Scrum.
- Experiência y trayectoria como Gerente de Proyectos.
- Conocimientos sólidos en el uso de herramientas de planificación como Microsoft Project o similar.
- Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Dirigir el área de TI.
- Tomar decisiones en cuanto a la contratación de recursos humanos técnicos.
- Tomar decisiones en cuanto a la contratación de recursos tecnológicos.
- Liderar a los equipos de desarrollo de software.
- Liderar las actividades de análisis y diseño de sistemas.
- Liderar las actividades de integraciones para los sistemas.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el área de producto.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el área de diseño.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de pruebas interno.
