As a

Head of Human Resources

in Mexico, it is essential to have a proactive spirit, strategic mind, natural leadership, and act as a disruptive key player to take the HR Mexico team to the next level

Key pionts of the role:

  • Strategy: EVP (attracting and retaining talent), strengthening the employer brand inside and outside.
  • Team organization and delegation based on the strategy.
  • Operational excellence (impeccable employee experience).
  • Staff development: Realistic development plans, and appropriate followup.
  • Performance: Generate the right ecosystem for people to reach their performance.

What we need to see from you:

Your knowledge / experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in HR leadership positions.
  • 8+ years of experience in different HR roles (Generalist and Business Partner) as previous experience.
  • Experience in corporate environment.
  • Advisor to the business / Business consulting, end to end undertanding.

We ́ll be especially impressed if you have expertise with:

  • Experience in IT companies preferred.
  • Any master's degree in HR Strategic Management or Leadership.

Your Language Skill
Written and verbal English Skill is a must.
