Sales Development Representative

El representante de desarrollo de ventas (SDR) realizará llamadas salientes a clientes potenciales que hayan expresado su interés en obtener más información sobre Novastratics o que parezcan ser clientes potenciales importantes en función de nuestro enfoque general del mercado.
El SDR califica a los clientes potenciales a través de preguntas específicas sobre su estrategia empresarial y, a continuación, aprovecha esta información para alinear y vender las ofertas de productos de Novastratics.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Realizar llamadas a clientes potenciales que hayan expresado interés en obtener más información sobre la empresa
- Compartir información sobre el portafolio de productos y servicios de Novastratics y hacer preguntas sobre las intenciones empresariales del cliente potencial
- Evaluar la propensión a la compra y remitir los buenos clientes potenciales al Dir. Comercial para que se ocupe de ellos
- Programar citas entre clientes potenciales y Dir. Comercial
- Registrar la información de los clientes potenciales en la base de datos CRM - HUbSpot
- Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para definir y ejecutar los planes de cuentas Territorio/Objetivo y para mover los prospectos a través del embudo de ventas hasta el cierre
- Participar en eventos corporativos y asistir a conferencias del sector
- Calificar los clientes potenciales de las campañas de marketing como oportunidades de venta; evaluar las necesidades, el presupuesto, la autoridad y los plazos de los clientes potenciales (criterios BANT: presupuesto, autoridad, necesidad, plazos) para determinar su idoneidad y preparación para colaborar con el equipo de ventas
- Comprensión de las métricas de rendimiento de ventas
**Requisitos**:
- 1 - 3 años de experiência
Experiência en:
- Ventas telefónicas / cara al cliente
- Generación de leads / prospección
- Ventas SaaS es una gran ventaja
- Uso de CRM HubSpot y herramientas de ventas
- Ser persistente, con alta motivación para alcanzar los números, orientado a lograr los objetivos y metas establecidos
- Apasionado de la tecnología y con gran interés en aprender nuevas tecnologías de forma autodidacta y rápida
- Experiência en HubSpot o sistemas CRM similares; así como conocimiento en el uso de herramientas de redes sociales que ayuden a generar cuentas (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Disciplina para seguir los procesos internos y metodológicos de ventas
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para redactar correos, propuestas, mensaje en redes sociales, y en idioma inglés (nível intermedio)
- Cualquier experiência en funciones similares dentro del ciclo de ventas SaaS
- Trabajo en equipo o independiente con actitud de colaboración y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de rápido crecimiento
- Se valorará la experiência en ventas
- Disponibilidad para viajar cuando sea requerido
- Gran capacidad de organización, gestión del tiempo y multitarea
- Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad al cambio.
