**Job Summary**
The audit coordinator is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities related to audit visits and management of distributors and their processes. He/she oversees generating detailed reports on the audit visits and the subsequent elaboration of effective action plans to improve the quality and efficiency of the processes.
**Main Activities**:
- Plan and coordinate auditing visits to distributors to evaluate compliance with compliance with standards and procedures.

- Coordination of Onboarding Activities & Dealer Processes, DPM platform administration, Dealer profiling in Volvo Car and CDSIDsID systems. Volvo Car and CDSIDs systems. **Requirements**:
- English B2
- Proficient in automotive and brand specific quality standards and regulations
- Experience in interact with dealers and internal team.
- Engineering Industrial or administrative
- Experience in automotive agencies (minimum of 4 years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
