Función 1: Coordinar la capacitación técnica de los nuevos ingresos, brindando el conocimiento necesario para poder cumplir satisfactoriamente con todas las actividades y cumplimiento de KPI´s de la línea de negocio asignados asegurando la calidad y excelencia del servicio.
- Función 2: Brindar sesiones de seguimiento y acompañamiento durante los primeros 3 meses (curva de aprendizaje) a los nuevos ingresos posterior a la entrega con operación, con la finalidad de asegurar la adaptación al puesto y sus funciones.
- Función 3: Detectar necesidades de capacitación técnica en la operación para crear programas de capacitación en conjunto la coordinación de capacitación y desarrollo organizacional.
- Función 4: Desarrollar manuales, material de apoyo, planes de acción y mejora que serán empleados durante y posterior a la capacitación técnica de nuevos ingresos, apegándose en todo momento al procedimiento de capacitación operativa y a las políticas de capacitación.
- Función 5: Impartir sesiones de capacitación de acuerdo con las necesidades detectadas, fungiendo como facilitador en el proceso de aprendizaje, con la finalidad de desarrollar competencias en el colaborador.
- Función 6: Informar al jefe inmediato del colaborador (es), sobre el desempeño y áreas de oportunidad detectadas durante la capacitación, con la finalidad de que el líder establezca planes de acción.
- Función 7: Elaborar y entregar reporte de horas de capacitación de manera mensual a la coordinación de capacitación y desarrollo organizacional.
- Función 8: Dar seguimiento puntual del cumplimiento de los cursos mandatorios por parte de los nuevos ingresos y personal activo de call center.
- Función 9: Establecer sinergia con los líderes de operación, calidad y atracción de talento, para asegurar una correcta capacitación en el puesto, así como identificar colaboradores que presenten áreas de oportunidad en cuanto a conocimientos se refiere.
- Función 10: Retroalimentar al área de reclutamiento y selección sobre los perfiles contratados no adecuados.
- Función 11: Fomentar un ambiente de colaboración, autoaprendizaje y búsqueda constante de mejora alineado a nuevas tecnologías, innovación y mejores prácticas en el mercado en materia de capacitación técnica.
