The number 1 oil company in Japan is looking for a Sales Account Manager for Central & South America OEMs Business with the following details:
1. Objective of the Position

Being the main sales point of contact between de company and OEMs clients in Central & South America, giving support to the clients and covering the client’s requirements in order to develop the OEMs businesses in Central & South America and achieve the sales targets.

2. Main Responsibilities

a) Prospecting new OEM’s clients in Central & South America.

b) Making business proposals, closing negotiations and develop new projects.

c) Constantly being in contact with clients (remotely and face-to-face) in order to give support to them and solve issues of the daily business (delivery issues, demand forecast, price adjustments, market topics, etc.).

d) Identifying and closing business opportunities with potential clients, as well as finding opportunities to increase the sales with the current clients offering to them different products of our portfolio, in accordance with guidelines, goals and plans of commercial area.

e) Permanently studying the situation of the market (competitors’ activities, prices, execution at the point of sales, etc.)

f) Taking care of the payment performance of the clients.

g) Preparing the periodic reports required by the Sales area.

3. Education and experience

Formal education: At least completed degree in industrial, mechanical or chemical engineering, business degree or related.

Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in commercial responsibilities of foreign trade business.

Other Knowledges: Desirable knowledge of lubricants, automotive industry, CRM, basic knowledge in production, logistics and quality management. Foreign trade knowledge.

Software: Advanced use of Office - Word, Excel and Power Point.

Languages: Advanced English (business level).

4. Competences and Skills Required

Client Orientation: Ability to meet the demands of the clients, adapting to the differences and particular requirements of each one of them, following guidelines, goals and plans of commercial area.

Results Orientation: Ability to efficiently manage own resources and those of NOMEX and OEM’s clients; paying attention to costs, benefits and quality in order to develop and improve the OEM’s business and achieve the sales targets.

Negotiation: Ability to reach agreements and establish commitments that resolve conflicts, generating solutions and ensuring benefits.

Self-discipline: Ability to maintain a method, order and behavior pattern according to a self-imposed norm and NOMEX guidelines, rejecting deviations.

Communication / Social Skills: Ability to communicate with others, keeping an active listening, establishing close relationships and trust. It implies ability to put oneself in the other's place.

Critical Thinking and Analysis: Ability to collect and analyze information of many sources, problem solving and propose effective and efficient action routes.

5. Working Conditions

Full availability to travel constantly to visit clients in Central & South America.

Place of work: Paseo de la Reforma, Col. Cuauhtemoc, Ciudad de México.

Working schedule: Hybrid schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Passport needed.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
