**General description of the role**:

- Responsible for administrating the online communities for the NA region, specifically working with the US and the SRP platform.

**What will I be doing? **- Administration of online communities and the SRP platform. Responsible for the process of online communities, from the initial appearance, execution and management of databases, recruitment (ensuring the size and composition of the community, that they meet the project specifications), management of the incentive program for panel members (assignment of roles, ranks, categories, algorithms, unsubscriptions, inactive members, etc.), among other activities.

**What I need?**:

- Management of digital tools, 1-2 years of experience in Market Research or management of online projects. We require a bilingual individual with high English proficiency as this position works directly with the US SMX team daily. Experience in sample identification and field monitoring.
