**What you will do**:

**How you will do it**:

- Direct point of contact for business Leaders and employees for all HR related topics.
- Provides support and guidance to leaders on all Workday related transactions.
- Participates with leaders on strategic planning and transformational projects and processes.
- Participates with leaders on operational meetings.
- Open positions follow up (acting as a bridge between Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Manager, Open reqs status, etc.).
- Provides support to execute corporate programs (OTR, BSI, GES, Ethics and Integrity Campaigns, Work Life Balance Initiatives, on boarding, etc.).
- Labor Relationships.
- Ethics Concerns Investigations.
- Disciplinary Actions.
- Execute terminations and paperwork.
- Administration of employee claims and grievances.
- Attends Government Inspections.
- General HR services (badges, debit cards, Medical Insurance, food coupons, etc.)
- Attend local lawsuits and grievances.
- Provides support to local disciplinary actions and investigations.

**What we look for**:
+5 Years of demonstrated experience in HR Field (HR Business Partner, Benefits & Compensations, Payroll, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition etc.)

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in speaking English

Customer Service skills

Ability to work with a diverse group of people of different departments and management levels.
