**Responsibilities**:

- ** Leadership**: The Plant Manager will be responsible for providing strong and effective leadership to the entire plant team. This includes setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- ** Engineering**: The Plant Manager will oversee all engineering operations at the plant, ensuring that production systems are running smoothly and efficiently. They will work closely with the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize plant performance.
- ** Safety**: The safety of our employees and the communities in which we operate is our top priority. The Plant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs and ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to.
- ** Management Plans**: The Plant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive management plans to ensure the success and sustainability of the plant's operations. This includes strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

**Job Requirements**:

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role within the chemical production industry
- A strong background in engineering, with a focus on process optimization and improvement
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining comprehensive safety programs
- Experience developing and implementing management plans for large-scale production facilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
- A commitment to ethical business practices and environmental sustainability
