**Role Summary/Purpose**:

- Provide financial and business support for Software/Hardware Support and SaaS function. As part of this role you will participate in the monthly close process by preparing journal entries and pulling reports for actuals vs. forecast variance analysis. Generate monthly P&L forecast. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages. Assist in purchase requisition process and GL string coding. Perform quarterly Platform P&L allocation & reporting. Prepare and develop annual budget for the responsible areas.**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Support finance controller in preparing various revenue and expense reports.
Participate in the monthly close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling expenses, pulling various reports for actuals vs. forecast variances analysis.
Prepares and analyzes spending trends by vendor, platform, cost center and/or account- Assist in purchase requisition process and GL string coding.
- Assist and participate in monthly forecasts process.
- Prepare monthly & quarterly reporting package.
- Perform quarterly platform P&L allocation & reporting.
- Assist and participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Provide ad hoc analysis as required
- Participate proactively to help business solve problems.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Ability to analyze, interpret, and report key financial metrics and trends
- Ability to work and communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
- Must have strong Excel skill and the ability to manipulate large amount of data in Excel
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic and AnaPlan is preferred
- Must have strong work ethic, take responsibility for assigned areas of tasks and follow through.
- Ability to take initiative, produce quality work, and meet tight deadlines

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- Excellent English language and communication skills preferred
- General knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
