Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
**About the role**
The
**Compliance Sr Representative** is responsible to ensure the company comply with local regulation. The position is responsible of ensuring that the day-to-day operations are conducted in a timely manner, compliant and in accordance with regulation and legal manner, as well as complying with GM Financial’ s policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
**What you will be doing**
- Execute daily the main processes of AML, such as:
- File Unusual Operations ("Cases")
- Analysis of the unusual operations
- PEP Report
- HR Report
- Week conciliation
- Support on the Vote format and AML Comittee presentation
- Real Owner analysis
- Follow up AML Course
- Resource Provider Report
- Bridger Dashboard
- Analyze "Alerta No Aprobar" alerts (Adquisition SharePoint)
- Support to flag alerts (Suspicious Activity or PEP Mark) in VIGIA (on demand)
- Execute daily the main processes of data protection, such as:
- Document Privacy Impacts Assessments (PIAs)
- Support delivering the recommendations for PIAs
- Management of privacy events
- Administration of privacy notices
- Attend ARCO requirements, as well as informal complaints / consultations
- Administration of the Information Lifecycle Management Program
- Perform a monitoring of local processes
- Implement new Privacy Notices
Qualifications:
**What you need**
- Bachelor’s degree business or related.
- English proficiency, both written & verbal.
- Experience in the deployment of Compliance program in other organizations preferred.
- Experience in banking or financial institutions preferred.
