- Ensure adherence to all CVO policies and programs, including participation in the development of common global policy and processes when required
- Provide guidance to employees and areas on various issues ranging from vehicle ordering and disposal to policy interpretation
- Monitor and maintain vehicle inventory according to company initiatives and established metrics
- Represent CVO as needed in cross functional meetings
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
- Run monthly reporting requirements for business units
- Administer process for plating
- Responsible for annual physical inventory
- Responsible of managing Pool Vehicles
- Responsible of managing maintenance services and contact with dealers
- Responsible of a large volume of sales

Education/Knowledge/Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting)
- Advanced English
- Understanding of Fleet management
- Strong operational background
- Experience with Company Vehicle Operations programs, policies, and procedures
- Experience with eCVMS (Company Vehicle Management System), SAP, logistic system, and GM Purchasing processes
- Thorough knowledge of business, control, and accounting principles
