Now we are looking for this position:
**Responsibilities**:
**HRPB Sr.**

**Main Purpose**
- Delivers recurring HR services and processes with a focus on employee relations, maintaining, employee engagement and culture, provide local dispute resolution through strong employee relationships, being a Business Strategic Partner for Mexico Business Services areas from Hire to retire _
- Be a HR business advisor, avoiding HR risks and generating Value to our customers, delivering on time their requirements and expectations, an excellent execution, and looking for new altertanives to get an agile execution._

**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**
- _
Excellence Execution of the main processes of Human Resources. (Acquire, New Hires, Personnel´s Movements and Separation´s)._
- _ Ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws_
- _ Plays an active role in execution of PepsiCo values/culture/ engagement work _
- _Support payroll administration and policy/contract administration as required_
- _ Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent_
- _ Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies_
- _ Support site employee relations_
- _ Execute tools/programs to drive employee engagement_
- _ Execute processes to tackle site problems (turnover, absenteeism) _
- _Lead and manage the budget related with People Cost ensuring compliance with the Collaboration off Finance team_
- _ Support in the execution of the MBS Cultural Agenda: Onboarding Plan, Communication Tools, Identity _
- _Support & Execute Talent Management Process: People Planning, Assesments, Development Programs _
- _Lead and execute the communication strategy for MBS_

Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- _
Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering etc._
- _ 100% bilingual (English & Spanish required)_
- _ 1 - 2 Years off Experience in Human Resources as a Generalist or HRBP (essential)._
- _ Result Oriented with Self
- starter & self -managed _
