Enabling MBS IT Lead_**

**Responsibilities**:
**What will you be doing?**

Responsible for partnering with MBS organization to manage end to end enablement needs and solutions for LatAm scope with a DevSecOps approach, understanding business strategies and processes to proactively recommend solutions leveraging Pepsico Global Platforms and deliver Sector Products and Capabilities.

This role performs and deliver across core enablement MBS Process: Design Management, Transition Management, Finance, IT and HR.

Be the point of contact between IT and MBS Ecosystem Team, representing the IT POC for all the enablememt needs.

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Manage relationship between IT and MBS teams (Leadership, Ecosystem and Functional Towers) ensuring a single point of contact from IT (A,E)
- Support Business Strategy Execution and daily MBS operations ensuring DevSecOps model and Agile ways of working implementation (A, E)
- Value assessment, monitoring & reporting (A,I)
- Sector Apps/Products Maintenance, Monitoring and Continuous Improvement (A,E)
- Represents business interests for operation, sustain solutions and services (A,I)
- Coordinate enablement of new MBS users (A,R)
- Coordinate software and hardware requirements (A,R)
- Implement solutions on IT requirements of the Transition Waves with a 360 view.
- Coordinate the request and delivery of accessories/computers.
- Identify and work in opportunities of improvement within the Enabling process
- Responsible of end to end initiatives and projects execution related with operational activities
- Facilitate and guide his/her work team the conditions to provide the best service to MBS customers
