Since its launch in October 2016, Upfluence has yielded a monthly double-digit growth rate, and we are therefore seeking further expansion for our team and offices. Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Lyon, and Paris.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with our customers to become their trusted partners and to translate their business objectives into ROI.Essentially, you will be their main point of contact throughout the customer journey and ensure their desired outcome materializes.In short, your mission is to increase and maximize value for the customer and Upfluence.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver ROI for our clients throughout the customer lifecycle
- Be a trusted advisor and partner for the client on the Upfluence software and influencer marketing strategies
- Negotiate renewal contracts that align with customer goals and ROI
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize customer growth
- Quarterback engagements and touchpoints for the customer
**What we are looking for**
- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, and/or Sales with a focus on negotiating contracts, demonstrating customer ROI, maintaining high retention rates
- Good understanding of SaaS and Professional Services engagements with global customers and team members
- Loves and is motivated by a challenge
- Excellent executive presence and communication abilities
- Proven ability to grow accounts, win back customers, and negotiate with key stakeholders
- Experience working with complex, global customers
- Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams (i.e., Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing)
- Commitment to work from our NYC office a minimum of2 days out of the workweek
