JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Direct Channel Support executive will be part of the Direct Channel Specialist team, which helps Roiback hotel clients optimize their direct channel sales.

Reporting to the Senior Regional DCS Manager Colombia, the key responsibilities of the Direct Channel Support Specialist are as follows:
- CRS tool administration- Loading of content (offers, add-ons, packages, Loyalty program content) in in the Roiback CRS- Configuration of payment gateways- Maintenance of rates, rules, prices in the Roiback CRS- Cancellation and / or modification of reservations requested by the hotels- Loading extra language content in CRS- Updating of content requested by Hotels- Support the review and management of system tasks and requirements

Training- CRS trainings requested by clients- Training to hotels on ADMIN and CMS modules

General support to the DCS Manager / DCS- Sending weekly reports on assigned tasks- Generate reports with ticket status- Analysis of rate structures- SEO positioning reviews- Weekly verification of direct channel disparities vs OTAs
