Team Overview:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting simultaneously several Senior Executives, including but not exclusively, Country and Regional General Managers on team routine and operational execution, such as agenda management, meetings, trips, administrative demands, personal requests, business expenses submission and follow up.

Role Responsibilities:

- Work closely and effectively with assigned Senior Executives, giving timely updates of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately;
- Manage agenda and detailed travel arrangements;
- Assist in time management and prioritization;
- Create and maintain team meetings calendar, agendas management and ensure that meetings follow the planned flow and time;
- Coordinate all the necessary support for meetings, prepare minutes and reports, distribute actions to appropriate stakeholders and monitor the execution of these actions;
- Lead the planning and execution of main activities such as off-sites, team buildings/events and workshops;
- Ad-Hoc support in projects according to the need of assigned Senior Executives;
- Support with personal matters;
- Assist in budget management;
- Submit and track business expenses;
- Manage filing of personal and business documents.

Role Qualifications:

- At least 4 years of experience supporting 2 or more senior level executives simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a tech company/startup preferred;
- Proficiency on Office, G-suite tools and SAP Concur;
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligence;
- Ability to successfully adapt to multiple working styles;
- Ability to exercise strong business judgment, meet deadlines, balance multiple requests and prioritize;
- Proactive, resourceful, organized and hands on attitude;
- High degree of attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, constant changing and fast paced environment.
