Team Overview:
Our HR Operations team is part of Didi's International Business Group, with a mission to standardize, centralize, and provide high-quality global management and operations while allowing for differences due to local policies, cultural customs, and other factors. This ensures comprehensive HR service coverage. Based on Didi’s policies and mechanisms, we integrate national policies, systems, and processes to ensure compliance management, and we also establish and maintain an active risk warning system and capacity.
Role Responsibilities:
**The position is responsible for maintaining the relationship between Didi and its employees and addressing employee relations issues.**
- Develop HR policies and a management standard code of conduct consistent with the values of the organization.
- Interpret and advocate Didi’s values and compliance with HR policies and processes, as well as establish disciplinary procedures.
- Manage voluntary and involuntary labor terminations, and provide corporate advisory support to key stakeholders in HR.
- Identify and address potential risks by collaborating with HRBPs, HR COEs, Legal, and RCCD.
- Provide systematic resolution to employee relations issues, compliance, and grievances by conducting investigations using relevant legislation knowledge and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and keep employee relations policies and procedures up to date.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Law or Labor Law.
- 3-5+ years experience in employee relations and compliance management.
- Profesional experience & spanish is a must.
- Profesional communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working in global or multi-national companies is an added plus. Proactive and enthusiastic, able to work in a fast-paced work enviroment.
