**Job Description**:
Order processing, Handles shipment, invoicing, and customer records and/or specializes in one specific task area at the direction of the project manager and/or proposal leader. Coordinates with proposal team and supply chain for project material quantities and pricing. Understanding other aspects and stakeholders of the project lifecycle and the impact to their tasks. Work with third party services for procurement. Support the account receivable activities.

Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.

Typically requires a minimum of 1 years of related experience.

Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.

Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.

Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

Frequently interacts with peers and customers (typically internal) to exchange or present factual information.

High School diploma

Secondary education preferred
